Benefits
• Under this scheme, to promote the development of irrigation facilities, farmers are provided a 50% subsidy on the total cost for the construction of new tubewells or ponds, up to a maximum of ₹90,000/- per unit (limited to one unit per farmer).

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
2. The applicant must be a farmer and must hold a valid Udhyan Card.
3. The farmer must either own agricultural land or have land on lease.
4. The farmer must confirm the availability of water in the concerned area.
5. A farmer is eligible for a subsidy for the construction of one tube well/pond.
