Description
The scheme "Scholarship for Children of Deceased/Disabled/Retired Government Employees" was launched by the School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, to motivate children of government employees who are deceased, retired, or disabled. Under this scheme, scholarships ranging from ₹50/- to ₹250/- are provided to children of these government employees who are studying in Class 1 to Class 12 in government schools. To be eligible, students should not be beneficiaries of any other scholarship and must have passed their previous class.

Benefits
• Under this scheme, scholarships will be given at the following rates:-
• Class 1 to 5: ₹50/- per year for Boys and Girls students
• Class 6 to 8: ₹120/- per year for Boys and Girls students
• Class 9 to 12: ₹250/- per year for Boys and Girls students
• Note: The scholarship will be deposited directly into the student's bank account.

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
2. The student should be studying in Class 1 to Class 12.
3. The student should be studying at a government school in Madhya Pradesh.
4. The student should be the child of a deceased, disabled, or retired government employee.
