The scheme "Schemes for Welfare of School Children Belonging to BPL and BC A Families: Monthly Stipend for BC-A Students" was launched by the Government of Haryana during the financial year 2009-10. It aims to provide financial assistance to students from Backward Class Category A BC-A families to support their education. Under this scheme, a monthly stipend is provided to students from BC A families studying in classes 1 to 12 in Haryana Government schools.

• A. Admissible Monthly Stipend for BC(A) Girl Students:
• Class 1 to 5: ₹150/- per month
• Class 6 to 8: ₹200/- per month
• Class 9 to 12: ₹300/- per month
• Class 11 to 12 (Science Students only): ₹400/- per month
• A. Admissible Monthly Stipend for BC(A) Boy Students:
• Class 1 to 5: ₹75/- per month
• Class 6 to 8: ₹100/- per month
• Class 9 to 12: ₹150/- per month
• Class 11 to 12 (Science Students only): ₹200/- per month
