The "Rent Subsidy" is a Component of the "Motivation of Entrepreneurs to Start Industries and Fiscal Assistance to Industries" Scheme by the Industries and Commerce Department, Union Territory of Puducherry. Benefits

2. - The applicant should be a Woman or should be from a Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe.
3. - The applicant should have started production on or after 27th March 2002.
4. - The applicant should have started production in a rented building.
