The “Quality Test Report” scheme is implemented by the Centre for Aromatic Plants CAP , Selaqui, Dehradun, under the Department of Horticulture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide quality testing facilities at a subsidized rate to registered aromatic farmers, enabling them to obtain authentic quality reports for their produce or essential oils.
