Description
The “Medium Fish Feed Mill of Production Capacity of 8 Ton/Day” is a scheme component under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana PMMSY , implemented by the Fisheries Department, Government of Haryana. This is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme, aims to promote fish feed self-sufficiency and affordability among fish farmers. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided for setting up medium-sized fish feed mills with a production capacity of 8 tons per day, benefiting entrepreneurs and fish farmers.

Benefits

• Unit cost is ₹1,00,00,000/- per unit.
• 40% subsidy of the project cost for General Category beneficiaries (up to ₹40,00,000/-).
• 60% subsidy of the project cost for Weaker sections/ SC/ST/Women and their co-operatives of beneficiaries (up to ₹60,00,000/-).

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a resident of Haryana.
2. The applicant should possess a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID).
3. The applicant should ensure that the medium fish feed mill is in working condition.
4. The applicant should ensure the feed produced from the unit is supplied at affordable price to fishers and farmers.
5. The fish feed mill should be on land owned by the applicant or on a long-term registered lease (minimum of 10 years).

• Birth Certificate (Voter Card/Date of Birth Certificate/Aadhaar Card/Class 10th Certificate)
• Caste Certificate (Caste certificate issued by a First-Class Magistrate (Tehsildar/SDM))
• Agreement Letter-1 (Agreement letter between the beneficiary and the department)
• Fisheries Training Certificate of the Applicant (related to the fish feed mill)
• Land Records (Land records from the Tehsil (land registry, copy of Aksasra/Fard/Registered Lease Deed) and the land title should be clear, along with the latest land registry/Fard/Aksasra)
• Bills should be GST compliant
• Photograph of the beneficiary with the fish feed mill
• Bank account and PAN card details
• Detailed Project Report (DPR) / Self-Contained Proposal (SCP) as per the guidelines issued under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme PMMSY (Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana)
• Bills Exceeding ₹50,000/- (the grant application must be accompanied by e-way bills/Income Tax/GST as per rules)
• Certificate from a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the bills submitted with the grant application, certifying that the payments for the goods purchased by the beneficiary have been made as per Income Tax/GST rules.
• CLU (Change of Land Use) / NOC (No Objection Certificate) / Pollution / Fire certificates must be obtained from the concerned department.
• NOC from the Gram Sabha/MC (Municipal Committee)/Authority of the area where the unit is located
• A clear site plan/area site plan should be attached with the case
