The scheme “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan Yojana PM-KUSUM ” is implemented by the Department of Minor Irrigation, Government of Uttarakhand. Eligibility Criteria
1. The beneficiary must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
2. The beneficiary must be a farmer engaged in agricultural activities.

5. - The farmer must have his own borewell.
6. - The farmer should currently be using a diesel pump set for irrigation.
7. - A farmer who wishes to install a USPC along with the solar pump set must agree to make 100% payment for the said work.
