Description
The "Large Fish Feed Mill with Production Capacity of 20 Ton/Per Day" scheme was launched by the Ministry Of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana PMMSY , it aims to strengthen post-harvest infrastructure and enhance fish feed production to support sustainable aquaculture. Under this scheme, a grant is provided to beneficiaries for setting up a large fish feed mill, with 40% subsidy for general category and 60% for Scheduled Caste/Women beneficiaries.

• Grant of ₹20,00,000/- per unit for establishing a fish feed mill with 20-ton/day capacity.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Beneficiary must have Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).
2. The Beneficiaries will submit an undertaking in the DPR to the effect that all operational, maintenance and post construction management costs of the infrastructure facilities will be borne by them and the Fish Feed Plant will be kept in operational condition.
3. Central assistance for Fish Feed Mill will be as per actual cost within the overall ceiling indicated in the respective sub-components/activities under PMMSY.
4. The Beneficiary will ensure supply of feed produced from the government assisted Fish Feed Plant to the fishers and fish farmers at affordable price.
5. The projects having land on long term registered lease shall also be considered for Central financial assistance under the scheme. However, the registered lease period/agreement shall not be less than a minimum period of 10 (ten) years.

• Date of Birth Certificate (Voting Card/Birth Certificate/Aadhar Card/Matriculation Certificate).
• Caste Certificate (Caste Certificate from first-class Magistrate (Tehsildar/SDM)).
• Agreement 1 (Agreement deed between the beneficiary and the Fisheries Department).
• Training Certificate of the Beneficiary (related to the operation/maintenance of fish feed mill).
• Land Record (issued from Tehsil (Land-Jamabandi, Nakal Akshizra/Fard/Registered Patta Nama) and the land title should be clear. Additionally, the latest .Jamabandi/Fard/ Akshizra should be attached
• GST Bills.
• Photographs of Fish Feed Mill with the Beneficiary.
• Details of Bank Account and Pan Card.
• Detailed Project Report (DPR) or Self Contained Proposal (SCP) (as per the guidelines issued under the Centrally Sponsored.
• Scheme PMMMSY).
• All bills of amount more than ₹50,000/- should be as per E-way/Income Tax/GST rules.
• Certificate from the C.A. with the bills submitted for the subsidy case, certifying that the payments for the goods purchased by the beneficiary comply with Income Tax/GST regulations.
• CLU/NOC/Pollution/Fire Certificate (from the concerned department).
• NOC (from the Gram Sabha/Municipal Corporation/Authority of the area where the unit is located).
• Site Plan/Area Site Plan must be attached with the subsidy case.
