The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to specially-abled individuals for self-employment. Under this scheme, a loan of ₹5,00,000/- will be provided to specially-abled individuals in the state whose annual family income does not exceed ₹2,00,000/-, enabling them to start their own business.

The scheme "Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Swaraozgar Yojana" was launched by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to specially-abled individuals for self-employment. Under this scheme, an amount of ₹5,00,000/- will be made available as a loan to specially-abled individuals in the state whose annual income, including that of their family, is up to ₹2,00,000/-, to help them start their own self-employment. A grant of 50% of the loan amount or a maximum of ₹50,000/-, whichever is less, will be provided. Eligibility Criteria
1. - The applicant should be a specially-abled person as per the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995.
2. - The applicant should have a minimum disability of 40% or more.
3. - The applicant should be a native of Rajasthan.

5. - The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed ₹2,00,000/- from all sources.
6. - The applicant should not have availed of benefits under any other self-employment subsidy scheme like "Kiyosk Yojana" etc.
7. - The applicant should not have any overdue loans from banks, cooperative societies, or government institutions.
8. - The applicant should possess a valid disability certificate and passbook.
