The scheme "Mukhyamantri Pichhda Varg Evam Ati Pichhda Varg Kaushal Vikas Prashikshan Yojana" was launched by the Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Bihar. It aims to enhance the employability and income-generating capacity of youth from backward and extremely backward communities through skill development training. Under this scheme, free domain-specific skilling programs are provided to youth to help them become job-ready or self-employed. Scheme Implementation The scheme is implemented by the Bihar State Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation, in coordination with the Bihar Skill Development Mission BSDM . Training Training is conducted through Skill Development Centres SDCs approved by BSDM under various sectors like IT, construction, beauty & wellness, and more.
