The "Kisan Credit Card Pashupalan " scheme is launched by the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Fill Application Form:
Select the "Scheme Name"
Enter your Samagra ID, Mobile Number, Address, and Business/Personal Details.
Upload the required documents.
Click on “Save & Next.”
Pay Application Fee:
Proceed to Online Payment and complete the fee payment securely.
Submit & Print:
After successful submission, note down your Application ID.
