Description
Khet Talai Yojana under the Agriculture Department of Rajasthan Government, The biggest problem for farmers in Rajasthan is water for irrigation. One solution to this problem is a farm pond or in other words, a farm pond, by which the farmer can collect rainwater and use it for irrigation, but all the farmers get it constructed. Therefore, the state government gives a subsidy to the farmers on the construction of farm ponds so that the farmers can collect rainwater and irrigate their fields by making farm ponds in their fields. Other important points 1. After the application, administrative approval for the construction of the farm pond will be issued by the Agriculture Department. 1. Information about this will be received through mobile message/agriculture supervisor. 1. Spot verification will be done by the department before and after the construction of Khet Talai. 1. The grant amount will be deposited directly into the farmer's account.

Benefits
• Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), small, and marginal farmers will get 70 percent of the unit cost or a maximum of ₹73,500/- on raw form pounds and 90 percent or ₹1,35,000/- on plastic lining form pounds and other category farmers.
• The subsidy is available on 60 percent of the cost or a maximum of ₹63,000/- on raw form pounds and 80 percent or ₹1,20,000/- on plastic lining form pounds, whichever is less.

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a Farmer.
2. The applicant should be a native of Rajasthan.
3. The applicant farmer should have a minimum cultivable land of 0.3 hectares at one place in his name.
4. In the case of the joint account holder, the minimum land in one place should be 0.5 hectares.
