Students must apply online on the scholarship e-Kalyan portal designated by the Department of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, and Backward Classes Welfare.
Students must first enter their Aadhaar number, name, date of birth, gender, mobile number while filling out the online registration form.
After validation, an application ID will be generated by the portal, which must be used to complete further steps of the application.
Students must provide the details of their Aadhaar-linked bank account under their name.
