Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a citizen of India.
2. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Meghalaya.
3. The applicant should be a Student.
4. He/ She should belong to Scheduled Casts (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST)/ Other Backward Classes (OBC).
5. He/ She should be pursuing a regular course of studies in a recognized institution.
6. The student's guardian/parents should be citizens of India.
7. He/she should not be receiving financial assistance from the Indian government's Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST students and other government central and state scholarship schemes.
8. He/she should not be a government/non-government employee.
9. He/she should not be a repeater in the same class more than once.
