The scheme "Financial Assistance to Students who Cleared Civil Services Prelims Conducted by UPSC/APSC” was launched by the Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare Department, Government of Assam. Exclusions
• The applicants who have cleared both the Civil Services Preliminary Examinations Conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and Assam Public Service Commission in the same year shall be considered for scholarship only for the Union Public Service Commission Prelims.
• The applicant should not be a Government service holder.
