The "Financial Assistance for Education of Self/ Children of Beneficiaries& 39; scheme by the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, West Bengal, is a welfare scheme for the registered workers of the board. Under this scheme, a beneficiary registered for a continuous period of 6 months shall be entitled to get financial assistance for himself/ herself and his/ her children studying Higher Secondary and above. This benefit can be availed only twice by a single beneficiary.
