• **Scheme for Improved Sugarcane Seed Production:** A subsidy of ₹1,000/- per hectare (₹2,000/- per hectare for SC/ST farmers) is provided for established/base nurseries, and ₹500/- per hectare (₹1,000/- per hectare for SC/ST farmers) is provided for primary nurseries. 1. **Seed/Soil Treatment:** A 50% subsidy is provided in all sugar mill areas for chemicals used in seed and soil treatment.
