Description
The scheme "Distribution of Seeds of more productive varieties / Hybrid varieties Seeds and fertilizer at subsidies, etc,. to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Area TASP " with a component "100% Soluble Chemical Fertilizer/Nano Fertilizer" is introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to assist Adivasi and Scheduled Tribe farmers in tribal and non-tribal areas to achieve higher agricultural production and improve their livelihoods. Through this scheme, subsidies are provided on items such as seeds of more productive/hybrid varieties, fertilizers, plant protection equipment, tarpaulins, micronutrients, water carrying pipelines, and pump sets.

Benefits
• 100% soluble chemical fertilizers/nano-fertilizers of FCO-approved grade subject to 75% of the purchase price or ₹ 750/- per hectare, will be eligible for subsidy. (subject to a maximum of four hectares per account)

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should belong to a Scheduled Tribe.
2. The applicant should be a farmer.
3. The applicant should be located in tribal areas OR be a tribal cultivator residing outside tribal areas.
4. The scheme excludes farmers from Dang district.
