• Certified copy of the resolution of the prescribed form of the association to get assistance under MNR-10 scheme and to accept the terms and conditions of MNR-10 scheme.
• Name, caste (general, scheduled caste, scheduled caste) of the association, land holdings and members&amp;#39; caste/unscheduled caste Certificate from the competent authority (except for general purpose) of being a tribal.
• Certified copy of the final rough survey of the village.
• Original copy of the plan/estimate of the project with the signature and stamp of the Executive Engineer/N.K.E of the District Panchayat and the technical approval of the Executive Engineer.
• Certificate from the competent officer of the Irrigation Department regarding the feasibility of the project.
• Certificate from the Government Engineer that the project estimate is supported by a valid SAR of the Public Works/Irrigation Department.
• Water survey from river, canal, creek To obtain a copy of the written permission order of the Government&amp;#39;s Irrigation Department for a period of 10 (ten) years.
• The cooperative societies selected for the well/bore should submit the permission order of the Water Resources Development Department or a certificate from the competent authority stating that there is no proper well/bore available near the command extension.

• Gross area of total irrigation covered in all three seasons i.e. Fall, Winter and Summer.
