The scheme “Assistance for Purchasing Study Materials for Medical and Engineering Students from Socially and Educationally Backward Classes” was launched by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Gujarat. Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.
2. The applicant should be a student belonging to the Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) category.
3. The applicant should be pursuing a medical, engineering, or diploma/degree course within the state of Gujarat.
4. The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed ₹6,00,000/-.
