The “Aromatic Plants Cultivation” scheme is implemented by the Centre for Aromatic Plants CAP , Selaqui, Dehradun, under the Department of Horticulture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to encourage farmers to grow aromatic plants by providing them with free seeds, planting materials, and technical support, helping them increase their income and promote aromatic farming in Uttarakhand.

• Under this scheme, the following support is provided:
• Free seeds and planting materials are provided to farmers.
• Seeds and planting materials for up to 5 Nali (0.1 hectare) per farmer are delivered to the farmer’s nearest motorable road or CAP office.
• Free technical assistance, consultation, and continuous support are offered to the farmers.
