Staff Selection Commission (SSC), The Marks for the recruitment of Junior Translation Officer (JTO), Junior Hindi Translator (JHT), Junior Translator (JT), and Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) positions has been released on the SSC official website. This recruitment is for a total of 312 posts. The SSC JHT Paper-II Exam was conducted in 29th March 2025. The last date to submit the application form was 25th August 2024. Eligibility
Junior Translation Officer(JTO) in Central Secretariat Official Language Service (CSOLS)
  • Candidates who have Master Degree in Hindi OR English with English OR Hindi as a Compulsory Subjects OR Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level And Recognized Diploma OR Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Verca or 2 Year Experience.
   
Junior Translation Officer(JTO) in Armed Forces Headquarters (AFHQ)
Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)
Senior Hindi Translator (SHT)
  • Candidates who have Master Degree in Hindi OR English with English OR Hindi as a Compulsory Subjects OR Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level And Recognized Diploma OR Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Verca or 2 Year Experience.

 Mode Of Selection 
The selection process for the SSC Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) recruitment includes the following steps:
    1. Written Exam (Tier-1):
      • An objective or multiple-choice exam to test the candidate's basic knowledge, aptitude, or subject-specific skills.

    2. Subjective Written Exam (Tier-2):

      • Also check paper‑wise cutoff marks and category-wise lists
