Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Master of Science (M.Sc) with minimum 55% of total marks (equivalent grade) in Molecular biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology.
- Desirable Qualification: NET or any national exam qualification is preferable.
- Essential Experience: Molecular Biology techniques, Molecular cloning, Animal cell culture.
- Desirable Experience: Preference will be given to the candidate having expertise with molecular cloning, animal cell culture, heterologous protein purification and molecular biology experiments along with basic bioinformatics analysis.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 37,000 + 24% HRA for UGC/CSIR/DBT-JRF/NET or GATE holders.
- Rs. 30,000 + 24% HRA for non JRF/NET holders.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 years.

General Information / Instructions
- Desirous candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria are advised to appear for the Walk-in-cum-Written Test with their resume and original testimonials, along with a set of self-attested photocopies.
- Candidates are required to register their names 30 minutes before the commencement of the written test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/interview.
- Candidates currently working in projects (Extramural/Intramural) at NIMHANS must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Principal Investigator.
