• Consultant Grade-1 (Technical): B.E/B.Tech (Mech.), 3+ years experience (2+ in cold chain), proficiency in MS Office, preference for government dept. experience
• Consultant Grade-1 (Agribusiness): Master’s in Agribusiness, 3+ years experience (2+ in tender management, cold chain, event management), proficiency in MS Office, preference for government dept. experience
• Accounts Officer: M.Com/CA or retired Govt. officer; 5+ years experience in accounting/audit/budget, GFR/DFPR knowledge, proficiency in Tally, MS Office, Audit Software, maximum age 63 for retired, preference for government dept. experience
• Young Professional (Technical): B.E/B.Tech (Mech.), 2+ years in refrigeration design, drafting software proficiency, strong technical documentation skills, preference for government dept. experience

Salary/Stipend

• Young Professional: ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month
• Consultant Grade-1 / Accounts Officer: ₹80,000 to ₹1,45,000 per month
• (Accounts Officer, retired government staff: remuneration not to exceed last pay + DA drawn minus pension, within the band)

Age Limit (as on closing date)

• Young Professional: Maximum 30 years
• Consultant Grade-1: Maximum 35 years
• Accounts Officer (retired): Maximum 63 years
