National Book Trust E Pub Associate Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: B. Tech/BE (Computer Science/IT)/BCA or any equivalent graduate.
• Essential qualifications: Minimum 02 years of experience in digital publishing. Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Knowledge of conversion of diverse content (books, stories, educational material) into high-quality ePub formats. Hands-on experience with ePub creation tools (Sigil, Caliber, etc.) and HTML/CSS. Understanding of metadata standards and accessibility requirements.
• Desirable: Experience with regional language publishing.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in digital publishing.

Salary/Stipend

• Monthly Remuneration will be in the range of ₹40,000/- to ₹50,000/-.
• No T.A./D.A. will be paid for attending the Interview/Written Test.

Age Limit (as on closing date of application)

• Upper Age Limit: 32 years as on the last date of the receipt of applications.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written Test/Interview. Mere fulfillment of qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be necessarily called for the interview.

General Information/Instructions

• The post is purely on a contract basis through a manpower agency, initially for 11 months, extendable as per requirement.
• The candidate may be required to serve anywhere in India under an office of the Trust.
• During the tenure with NBT, the employee is not allowed to work concurrently with any other organization of a similar field/nature.
• Self-Attested copies of all relevant certificates, degrees, testimonials etc. should be attached with the application. Originals must be produced at the time of interview/joining.
• Candidates selected will be required to furnish a Medical Certificate of fitness.
• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
