Experience requirements differ for CPSU candidates and others:

Candidates employed in CPSUs: Out of the total required experience, 2 years should be in not less than the specified IDA 2017 Pay Scale (varies by grade).
Other candidates (Government, State PSUs, Private, Fixed Term Employment, contract-based in CPSUs/Government): Total experience with minimum annual emoluments as prescribed for each grade (ranges from ₹6 lakhs p.a. for E2 to ₹16 lakhs p.a. for E7).

Candidates will be screened based on relevant experience; selection based on Virtual and/or Personal Interview(s) to be held at Chennai.
