Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2027 Rally Notification 2026

IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2026 (Intake 02/2026) has been officially announced by the Indian Air Force for Agniveervayu (Other than Science) stream under the Agnipath Scheme. Eligible unmarried male and female candidates from Mizoram, Nagaland, Manipur, and Tripura can participate in the recruitment rally scheduled in March 2026 at Aizawl, Mizoram.

Candidates who have passed 10+2/Intermediate, Vocational Course, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 50% marks (including 50% in English) are eligible to appear for the rally. The selection process includes a recruitment rally, selection test, and medical examination as per IAF norms.

Interested candidates must report directly at the rally venue on the specified date, as there is no online application process for this intake. Applicants are advised to carefully check age limit, eligibility criteria, required documents, and reporting time before attending the rally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Passed Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects from Education Boards recognised by Central/State/UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR Passed two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognised by Central/State/UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
• OR Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognised Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

• Born between 02 July 2005 and 02 January 2009 (both dates inclusive).
