• Senior Research Associate :
  • Essential: PhD in Public Policy / Public Administration / Social Sciences / Economics / Development Studies / Social Work / Gender Studies / Statistics/ Management from a recognised university with a first class in the preceding degree; OR M.Phil. with minimum 60% marks in Public Policy / Public Administration / Social Sciences / Economics / Social Work / Gender Studies from a recognised university with minimum 3 years of relevant research experience; OR Master's degree (MA/MSc/MSW/MBA) with minimum 60% marks in a relevant discipline from a reputed institute with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in research/policy/governance projects. A master's or PhD from IITs/IIMs/NITs shall be preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in research, policy analysis, or project management roles. For candidates with a PhD, this experience may be waived if the research work undertaken during the PhD is aligned with the job description.
