Eligibility Criteria

• M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Bioengineering, Nanotechnology, Chemical Engineering (sensor devices, electrochemistry or related specializations), Electronics Engineering (Microelectronics) or allied fields
• M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences (minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA; SC/ST/PwD: minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA) with valid GATE/NET

Salary/Stipend

• Rs. 42,000/- per month
• HRA: 30%

Age Limit (as on 28-11-2025)

• Maximum 32 years
• Upper age limit relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Woman/PwD
