ESIC Jammu Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

Junior Specialist: PG Degree or a Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university with 3 years’ experience after PG Degree and 5 years’ experience after PG Diploma. For Accident & Emergency - PG Degree viz., MD in Emergency Medicine or MD in Medicine or MS in General Surgery or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Senior Specialist:  PG Degree or a Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university with 5 years’ experience post PG.

Senior Resident: MBBS with Post graduate degree/DNB or diploma in concerned branch from recognized university and registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

ESIC Jammu Recruitment 2025 - Emoluments

Junior Specialist:  Rs. 1,06,000/- (Rs. One Lac Six Thousand Only) per month as consolidated remuneration.

Senior Specialist: Rs. 1,23,000/- (Rs. One Lac Twenty-Three Thousand Only) per month as consolidated remuneration.

For Part Time Contractual Specialists (with no case to case): Rs. 60,000/- (Rs. Sixty Thousand Only) per month as fixed consolidated remuneration (for 16 hrs. per week) and Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only) for visiting charges in case of emergency call. Additional remuneration Rs. 800/- (Rs. Eight Hundred Only) per hour for every additional hour after 16/hrs. per week. (Additional hours to be justified by the Medical Superintendent)

Senior Resident: Level 11 as per 7th CPC with minimum pay of Rs. 67700/- plus allowances as per rule.
