• Engineering Graduate in Electrical from recognised Institute/ University. Experience : (i) Retired from the post of Chief Engineer or equivalent or above from State Govt./ Central Govt./ Central or State PSU's. ii) Minimum experience of 20 years in the field of Electricity.

• Age as on 31.03.2025: Maximum age for appointment will be 63 years.

BSPHCL Advisor Recruitment 2025 - Salary

• Rupees 5000/- per day up to maximum of Rupees 1,50,000/- in a month. Other benefits: Travelling allowances will be admissible equivalent to Chief Engineer of the Company No terminal benefits would be payable.
