Eligibility Criteria

Essential:

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / BSc Nursing from a recognized institute with minimum 2 years of clinical or research experience.
• BPT/BSc in Life Sciences / Health Sciences / BHMS / BAMS or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of clinical or research experience.

Desirable:

• Experience in clinical data collection, consenting, documentation and patient follow-up in medical research projects.
• Trained in cervical cancer screening methods such as VIA-VILI.
• Prior experience in Pap smear collection or use of speculum is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to maintain both physical and electronic records.
• Proficiency in communication in Hindi, English and Marathi (local language).

These are minimum qualifications applicable. However, candidates with higher qualifications can also apply.

Salary/ Stipend

• ₹25,000/- per month (consolidated).
• Salary will be paid directly by Periwinkle Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pune. AIIMS Nagpur has no financial obligation in the remuneration or appointment process.

Age Limit (as on date of Interview)

• Below 35 years on the date of the Interview.

Important Dates

General Information / Instructions

• The appointment is purely project-based and temporary.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
• The candidate will not have any claim for regular appointment at AIIMS Nagpur or Periwinkle Technologies.
• A technical representative from Periwinkle Technologies will provide device-specific training.
• The appointee may be terminated without prior notice if project needs change or work output is unsatisfactory.
• Tenure of appointment: Initially for six months, extendable based on performance and continuation of the project.
